Who we are
MartPrints provides custom decoration services — screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film transfers, signage and printed materials — along with the blank goods those services are applied to. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are retail prices for the goods listed. Decoration is quoted separately based on your artwork, the number of colours, the number of print locations and the quantity ordered, unless a listing states otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Blank goods pricing and availability come from our suppliers and can change without notice; if a price or availability changes before your order is confirmed, we will tell you before proceeding.
Minimums
Standard minimum is 12 pieces per design. Smaller runs may be possible depending on the decoration method — ask.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the artwork you send us and for approving the proof.
- Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) where possible. High-resolution raster files usually work. Low-resolution files, screenshots and images pulled from websites often cannot be printed acceptably, and we will tell you if yours cannot.
- If your file needs to be recreated, redrawn or digitised for embroidery, we will quote that as a separate charge before doing it.
- We send a proof before every job. Production does not begin until you approve it in writing, including by email. Once you approve a proof, the approved proof defines the job. Errors present in an approved proof, including spelling, colour and placement, are not our responsibility.
- We may hold artwork and embroidery digitising files on file for your reorders. Digitising files remain the property of MartPrints unless purchased separately.
Your rights in what you send us
By submitting artwork you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You agree to indemnify MartPrints against any claim arising from the artwork you supplied.
We will not knowingly reproduce artwork that infringes third-party rights, and we may decline any job, including artwork we consider unlawful, hateful or otherwise unacceptable. We are not a party to your dispute with anyone else over your artwork.
Colour
Screens vary. The colour you see on your monitor will not match the finished garment exactly. Fabric colour, fabric type and decoration method all affect the final result. Where exact colour is critical, ask about Pantone matching before you order; an exact match cannot be guaranteed on every fabric and may carry a charge.
Product listings
We work to keep listings accurate, but specifications, colours, availability and images come from our suppliers and can change. Where a garment carries a safety rating or certification, that rating comes from the manufacturer and applies only to the specific styles and colours the manufacturer certifies. Decoration can affect a garment's compliance with a safety standard, so if you need certified high-visibility apparel for a regulated workplace, tell us before you order and the decoration will be placed accordingly.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and run from proof approval. We are not liable for delays caused by supplier stockouts, carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control. If your job has a hard deadline, tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
Payment
Terms are set out at the time of order. Production is scheduled after payment or approved terms are in place.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost events or lost opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
