Ordering
What is your minimum?
Twelve pieces per design is standard. Smaller runs are sometimes possible depending on the decoration method — transfers and embroidery are more flexible than screen printing. Ask us.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Small through 5XL of the same style and the same design all count toward one run. Extended sizes usually carry an upcharge from the manufacturer, which is reflected in the price you see.
Can I mix garment colours?
Usually, but it depends. Screen printing the same ink on light and dark garments often needs different setups, which affects price. Tell us what you want and we will quote it properly.
Do you charge setup fees?
Screen printing has a one-time screen charge per colour per location. Embroidery has a one-time digitizing charge to convert your logo to a stitch file. Both are quoted upfront, and reorders of the same design do not pay them again.
Can I reorder later?
Yes, and it is cheaper — your screens and digitized files are already made. Give us your previous order number.
Artwork
What file should I send?
Vector is best: AI, EPS or vector PDF. Those scale to any size without losing quality. A high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. See our artwork guidelines for specifics.
I only have a logo off my website. Is that enough?
Often not. Web images are built for screens, not press, and they tend to look soft or pixelated when printed. Send it over and we will tell you straight away whether it will hold up. If it needs redrawing we will quote that before doing anything.
I do not have a design at all.
Tell us what you want and we will set it up. Design work is quoted based on how much of it there is.
Will the colour match exactly?
Your monitor is backlit and a shirt is not, so what you see on screen will never be a perfect match. Fabric colour and fabric type both shift the result. If exact colour matters — brand standards, a corporate palette — say so before you order and we will talk about Pantone matching.
Production and delivery
How long does it take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days after you approve your proof, plus transit. Production does not start at checkout; it starts at proof approval.
I need it faster.
Ask before you order. Rush is often possible and is quoted per job. Expedited shipping only speeds up transit, not production — if your date is tight, tell us the date you need it in hand.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Yes. We are in North Jersey. Tell us when you order.
Garments
How do I know what size to order?
See our size and ordering guide. It covers how to split a size run for a team order, which is where most people get it wrong.
What is the difference between all these hoodies?
Mostly weight and fabric. Heavier fleece feels more substantial and costs more; lighter blends are softer and drape better. Every product page lists the fabric and the weight so you can compare directly.
Do you carry high-visibility workwear?
Yes, in the Construction & Workwear department. Where a garment carries a safety rating, that rating comes from the manufacturer and applies to the specific styles and colours they certify. Decoration placement can matter for compliance, so tell us if the garments are for a regulated site and we will place the print accordingly.
After delivery
Something is wrong with my order.
Contact us within 14 days with photos. If it is defective, damaged, short, or not what your approved proof shows, we replace or refund it. Full details in our refund policy.
Can I return decorated goods because the size is wrong?
No — once your logo is on it, it cannot be resold. This is why we push sizing samples before big team orders.
How should these be washed?
Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low. No bleach, and do not iron directly on the print. That applies to screen printing and transfers alike; embroidery is more forgiving.
