Shipping policy

Production time and shipping time are two different things

Every MartPrints order is made to order. Nothing ships until it has been printed or embroidered for you specifically, so your delivery date is production time plus transit time.

Production time

Production starts when two things have happened: your proof is approved and your payment has cleared. It does not start when the order is placed.

  • Standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval.
  • Large runs, multi-location prints and specialty decoration can take longer. We will tell you the schedule before you approve.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Need it sooner? Ask before you order. Rush production is often possible and is quoted per job.

Transit time

Once your order leaves us, delivery depends on the carrier and the destination. Ground shipping within the Northeast is typically 1–3 business days; the rest of the continental U.S. is typically 3–5. We send tracking when your order ships.

Expedited carrier service speeds up transit only. It does not speed up production. If your deadline is tight, tell us the date you need the goods in hand and we will work backwards from it.

Local pickup and delivery

We are in North Jersey and we work with a lot of local customers. If you would rather pick up, tell us when you order and we will hold the order for pickup instead of shipping it.

Shipping to multiple addresses

We can split an order across several addresses, which is useful for teams and multi-site companies. Ask us before you order so it is quoted correctly.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We ship exactly where you tell us to. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your cost.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the box and the packing material and send us photos within 5 business days. We will file the carrier claim and make it right. Lost packages are traced with the carrier before a replacement is produced.
